All bookings made with Yellow Jersey Adventures for Tour de Cols 2007 are subject to these conditions:

Deposit

Confirmation of places booked on the tour will be made after a deposit of £200 / $390 per person is received. If a rider cancels their booking prior to 15 July 2007 £100 / $195 will be retained by Yellow Jersey Adventures.

Final Payment

Final Payment: £549 / $1190 fo two week trip ( £299 / $585 - One week trip) is due no later than 15 July 2007. In the event that this balance is not received Yellow Jersey Adventures reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled and will retain the total deposit.

Cancellation by Customers

Cancellation must be made in writing to Yellow Jersey Adventures by the person who signed the booking form. In the event of cancellation the following process will apply with respect to monies paid.
Cancellation made:
On or Before 15 July 2007                    Refund of deposit less £100 / $195
After 15 July 2007                              Nil refund unless the place is re-sold

Cancellation by Yellow Jersey Adventures

Yellow Jersey Adventures reserve the right to cancel the tour for any reason. In the event of such a cancellation all monies will be returned to customers. Yellow Jersey Adventures is a small business and is not covered by any travel bond or association. This is a one-off trip and our prices reflect this fact. Therefore holiday insurance cover is a pre-requisite to booking on this tour.

Alterations and Changes

This is a one-off tour akin to 'adventure travel'. Whilst we will strive to deliver the published itinerary exactly, Yellow Jersey Adventures reserves the right to make necessary changes to accommodation, facilities and route. Given the low cost nature of the tour Yellow Jersey Adventures is not able to make any refunds. Should events lead to the tour being shortened by seven days or more, efforts (but no guarantee) will be made to refund money associated with any costs not incurred by Yellow Jersey Adventures as a result of the curtailment. I.e. if we save any money will try and pass it back.

Currency Fluctuation

The base cost for theTour des Cols 2007 is derived in Pounds Sterling, should there be a significant shift (5% or greater) between Pound/Euro. Dollar/Euro Dollar/Pound fluctuations will be reflected in the balance due.
